  • Every engagement is unique. It begins with a confidential, complimentary 30-minute alignment dialog with the client to establish direction, clarify expectations, and define the scope for our customized advisory response to the predicating challenge.

  • Here, we formalize the advisory relationship by defining scope, deliverables, timeline, and performance standards. We translate alignment into a clear engagement framework and initiate execution of the advisory work when required.

  • At this stage, we examine leadership, governance, and/or other relevant conditions to surface root causes, influential dynamics, material risks, etc. This establishes the factual and contextual foundation required to shape a precise and effective advisory strategy.
